    360° Apartment Tour

Buyers step inside from the browser — no headset, no app

    360° Apartment Tour

A 360° apartment tour is a spherical capture or render of the space that lets buyers look around the apartment straight from the browser, on desktop, tablet or mobile. It is the fastest, most affordable way to give a real sense of space to a buyer who is still researching, long before they visit the sales office.

The buyer stands at a point inside the apartment and looks around in every direction — living room, kitchen, bedrooms, balcony and the view from the window. They can jump between rooms with a click, open info hotspots explaining the spec, and use a mini floor-plan. Everything loads in the browser in seconds, with no download and no equipment.

    Existing apartment vs. off-plan

For a built apartment we shoot on site with a professional 360° camera. For an apartment that does not exist yet we produce the tour from a 3D model based on the architectural plans and spec, including furniture, finishes, lighting and the real view from the window for that floor and orientation.

Where the tour does the selling

Where the tour does the selling

The tour is embedded on the project page, sent as a link over WhatsApp and email after a call, and used as creative in Facebook and Google campaigns. It also qualifies leads: a buyer who already walked the apartment arrives with sharper questions and a shorter sales cycle.

    Frequently asked questions

How much does a 360° apartment tour cost?

Pricing depends on the number of points in the tour, whether it is shot on site or produced from plans, and how many apartment types are involved. An existing apartment is the fastest and most affordable option; an off-plan tour includes 3D modelling and is quoted by scope.

Do viewers need a VR headset?

No. A 360° tour opens in a normal browser on desktop, tablet or mobile, and inside a shared link. Headset viewing is possible but never required.

What's the difference between 360° and VR?

A 360° tour is browser-based viewing from fixed points with no equipment, ideal for online research. A VR tour requires a headset and allows free movement with full spatial presence, mainly for the sales-office meeting.

    How long does production take?

An existing apartment: a few working days from the shoot to delivery. Off-plan: usually a few weeks, depending on the number of spaces, the level of finish detail and the revision round.
