    VR Tours for Real Estate

Let buyers step inside before the building exists

    VR Tours for Real Estate

A VR tour for real estate is the most accurate way to communicate an apartment before it is built. Instead of relying on floor plans or static renders, the buyer puts on a VR headset and actually walks through the living room, kitchen, bedroom and balcony of the future apartment, feeling the proportions, ceiling height and view from the window.

Why it works for off-plan sales

Why it works for off-plan sales

Most buyers struggle to translate a 2D drawing into real space. A VR tour removes that gap: the buyer experiences the apartment as if inside it, leaves with confidence and dramatically shortens the decision cycle. For the developer that means more deals closed and fewer long sales rounds.

    What Innovision's VR tour includes

We build the apartment as a precise 3D model: walls, openings, flooring, furniture, lighting fixtures and a real view from the window based on the actual project location. The tour runs on Meta Quest headsets, with a tablet or mobile connection and on a regular screen in the sales office.

    Integrated into the sales process

    Integrated into the sales process

The tour is embedded inside the sales meeting: the sales team guides the buyer through the apartment in real time, presents finish and furniture options and answers questions during the experience. Multiple apartment types, floors and furniture layouts can be compared instantly.

    Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to produce a VR tour of an apartment?

Production starts once we receive the architectural plans and technical specs. A single apartment type typically takes a few weeks, including modelling, finishes, lighting and a revision round. Projects with several types are produced in parallel, so each additional type adds less time.

What do you need from us to start?

Architectural plans (DWG or PDF), technical specs, ceiling heights and a BIM/Revit model if one exists. If you have a finishes book or preferred styling we'll follow it; otherwise we propose a style that fits the project's target audience.

Do buyers need a VR headset?

Not necessarily. The tour runs on Meta Quest headsets for the immersive experience, but it also runs on a sales-office screen, tablet or mobile, so every buyer gets a version that suits them.

Can the tour show different finish options?

Yes. Flooring, kitchen cabinetry, wall colours and furniture can be switched live inside the tour, so buyers instantly see the apartment in the version they choose.
