Exterior renders are photorealistic images of the building from the outside: facades, entrance, lobby, landscaping, parking and the surrounding neighbourhood. A strong exterior render is usually the first marketing asset a project has — it appears on the construction-site sign, in the digital campaign and on the first page of the brochure.
Accurate facade modelling from the architectural drawings, real finish materials (stone, plaster, aluminium, glass, wood), physically based lighting by time of day, full landscaping with paving and street furniture, and people and vehicles that give scale and life. We produce day, sunset and night variants of the same angle — each performs differently in a campaign.
Residential towers, boutique buildings, urban-renewal projects, private homes and villas, retail centres and office buildings. Each type has its own visual language: a tower needs a low dramatic angle, an urban-renewal project needs a faithful view of the existing street, and a luxury project needs materiality and lighting.
Alongside eye-level renders we produce aerial views that place the project in its neighbourhood context: proximity to parks, the sea, transport routes and schools. This is especially powerful in early sales stages, when buyers first need to understand where they are buying.
We receive plans and elevations, agree on exact camera angles, build the 3D model, approve composition on a draft, and only then move to final 4K rendering and colour grading. One revision round is included and files are delivered ready for web, social, billboards and print.
Interior renders show the apartment from inside — finishes, furniture, natural light and proportions — and drive the purchase decision. Exterior renders show the building and its surroundings and are used for positioning, site signage and awareness campaigns. Most projects use both.
A single exterior render usually takes a few working days from angle approval; multiple angles and day/night variants are produced in parallel. The exact timeline depends on facade complexity and the scope of landscaping.
Architectural plans and elevations (DWG or PDF), the finish spec, the landscaping plan, and a 3D or BIM model if one exists. Photos of the existing surroundings help a lot in urban-renewal projects.
Yes. For each angle we can produce day, sunset and night versions with facade and landscape lighting. Night versions usually perform very well in social campaigns.
