    Interior Renders for Real Estate

Interior renders are photorealistic images of the apartment from the inside: living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and balconies, with real furniture, lighting, textures and finish materials. It is the strongest marketing asset you can use before the apartment physically exists.

    The process

    The process

We start from architectural plans and specs, build the 3D model of the apartment, pick an interior style (modern, classic, Scandinavian, boho etc.), place furniture and lighting and produce the final render. One round of revisions included at no extra cost.

    Frequently asked questions

How many interior renders does a residential project need?

Most projects start with a living room and kitchen for each main apartment type, then add a bedroom, bathroom and balcony as marketing requires. A typical project uses between 4 and 10 renders to cover its sales material.

What resolution are the files delivered in?

Every render is delivered at 4K or above, in formats pre-prepared for web, social, brochure and print, so no extra processing is needed per channel.

Can we request changes after seeing the result?

Yes. One revision round is included and covers furniture, tones, lighting and camera angle. Larger structural changes are quoted separately and agreed in advance.

What's the difference between a render and a virtual tour?

A render is a high-quality still image for advertising, while a virtual tour is an interactive experience where the buyer looks around the space. Combining both delivers the highest conversion.
