    VR for Real Estate Developers

A sales tool for developers, not just a pretty picture

    VR for Real Estate Developers

VR for developers is a complete package built into the project's sales process: an accurate 3D model of the building and apartments, a headset VR tour for the sales office, online 360° tours and static renders for campaigns — all from the same model, in the same visual language.

    What the developer actually receives

    What the developer actually receives

A 3D model of the project from the plans; a VR tour for each main apartment type; 360° tours for the website and for sending to buyers; 4K interior and exterior renders for brochures, signage and campaigns; and live finish alternatives to present to buyers.

    The impact on off-plan sales

    The impact on off-plan sales

The core obstacle in off-plan sales is the imagination gap: buyers cannot translate a plan into space. Inside VR they understand sizes, heights, views and light — and decide with far more confidence. The typical result is fewer hesitation rounds, fewer cancellations and less dependence on the salesperson's explanation.

Timeline and how we work with you

Timeline and how we work with you

We start from architectural plans and specs, move to modelling and a sketch approval round, then full production and one revision round. We work with the developer, the marketing agency and the architects in parallel, delivering assets ready for every channel — website, digital, print and sales office.

    Frequently asked questions

When in the project should VR start?

Ideally once the architectural plans and spec are settled, before sales open. That way the assets are ready for the launch campaign and the sales office opens with the experience already running.

What files do you need from the developer?

Architectural plans in DWG or PDF, technical specs, ceiling heights, and a BIM/Revit model and finishes book if available. The more precise the input, the faster production and the shorter the revision rounds.

Can the same model also produce static campaign renders?

Yes, and that is a key advantage. The same 3D model produces the VR tour, the 360° tours and 4K renders for brochures and signage, so everything looks consistent with no duplicated modelling cost.

Does this suit urban renewal projects too?

Absolutely. In urban renewal the gap between existing and proposed is especially large, so showing the new apartment in VR helps significantly in convincing residents and securing signatures.
